Samsung VXT runs what your screens show; YoYo makes them react to what shoppers do. A customer lifts a product, and the screen next to it switches to that product's video. That's interactive digital signage.
YoYo is software from ScreenCom Group that turns real-world actions into on-screen content. When a sensor fires, YoYo passes the trigger on, so the right content plays on one screen or many.
YoYo can be triggered by:
NFC stickers and tags
Nexmosphere sensors: lidar, touch buttons, physical buttons, air presence and distance sensors
Webhooks, for triggers from other systems
One installation supports up to 32 sensors.
VXT decides what the screen shows; YoYo decides when it changes. VXT's Event Manager switches to a set page or layout in VXT Canvas when a signal arrives through the serial port (VXT Event: Serial Port). Event triggers are part of the P Series subscription (VXT feature guide).
In short: VXT runs the content, Nexmosphere in combination with YoYo makes it react, and Sensmi tells you whether that reaction paid off.
YoYo detects what happens in the store, and VXT decides what the screen shows. A typical interaction runs like this:
1. A customer acts
They lift a product, tap an NFC tag, press a button or walk up to the shelf.
2. The sensor fires
The NFC reader or Nexmosphere sensor sends a signal to YoYo.
3. YoYo sends the trigger on
It passes the trigger to VXT, for one screen or many.
4. VXT switches the content
The Event Manager plays the page or layout in VXT Canvas linked to that trigger.
5. Default content plays in between
When nothing is triggered, the screen shows its regular content.
Before you start, map each trigger to its content: which sensor, which product, which page in VXT Canvas, and what plays when nothing happens. The same trigger can do a second job: Sensmi records it, so you can measure what happened.
YoYo is built for moments when a shopper's action should change the screen.

Every YoYo interaction creates data: the trigger type, the time, the duration and the screen ID. It's collected in the background without affecting playback.
Sensmi turns that data into dashboards. You see which products get lifted most, when, and for how long, then adjust your VXT content to match.
You need five things: a VXT licence, compatible Samsung screens, a YoYo license, sensors and content for each trigger.
1. VXT CMS licence.
Event triggers come with the P Series, not S Series (VXT feature guide).
2. Compatible screens.
Samsung displays running the latest VXT Player firmware (Compatible hardware and devices).
3. A YoYo license.
The YoYo device, NFC reader and 5 NFC stickers, plus the yearly YoYo subscription.
4. Sensors.
NFC tags or Nexmosphere sensors, up to 32 per installation.
5. Triggers and content.
Build a page or layout in VXT Canvas for each trigger, link them in the Event Manager, and set default content for when nothing happens.
